| Fruit Name: Hie Hie no Mi - Chilly Chilly Fruit Fruit Description: Hie Hie no Mi is the Chilly Chilly Fruit, more specifically ice. The user of this fruit, Zeero, by eating it, has gained the ability to create, transform, and control the element of ice, at will. This turns Zeero into something inhumane, called a Freezing or Frozen Human. Although this fruit is of the Logia-type, which generally allows the users to pass through most physical attacks of any sort, the Hie Hie no Mi does not. This is due to the Hie Hie no Mi's Ice being a solid, not a liquid (Chi Chi no Mi) or a gas (Smoke Smoke Fruit). It isn't like the Magu Magu no Mi either, for the Magu Magu simply turns into the element of lava or magma, burning those who touch it. Despite the fact that the Hie Hie no Mi isn't similar to other logia's in that factor, it is similar that it is nearly intangible. By simply shattering ice, Zeero can slip through any attack, then reforming himself nearly instantly. Zeero's style of fighting with this fruit is usually simultaneous combos, one move right after the other, just to make sure he gets the job done. - Late - 650 Control:
Permafrost Description: Zeero starts this technique with a stomp on the ground. This will send a wave in all directions; a radius around Zeero. This wave of white will continue on and on, until it hits it's range. Whatever the wave washes over, it shall freeze for a day. The wave goes at a consistent rate of 40 MPH. The wave is thirty meters high. Strength: This move has a big range, possible of hitting and stunning multiple enemies, more-so mobs. There is no limitation of how many enemies this move can freeze. Enemies stay frozen for a day. This allows Zeero to follow-up with another attack technique. Weakness: This is one of the few moves where Zeero uses his foot. Due to this, it is predictable, although only when the opponent is one who has fought Zeero before. Compared to Elite-Ranks, this wave moves only at 40 MPH, which makes it rather slow.
